The ChatFlo Slack integration posts notifications into a Slack channel when the AI agent escalates a conversation to a human, and optionally when any new conversation starts. It means your team finds out about an escalation where they already work, instead of discovering it hours later in the inbox.
Setup
Connecting Slack takes three steps

Create an incoming webhook
In Slack, add an incoming webhook for the channel you want alerts in and copy the URL.
- Step 2
Paste it into ChatFlo
Add the webhook URL in your notification settings. The connection is stored encrypted.

Pick your triggers
Alert on handoff only, or on every new conversation as well — whichever suits your volume.
